Hanamitiii’s company reserch – Who made unreasonable rules???!!!!

Honestly I don’t know how many people actually thought about this. WHY ON EARTH DO COMPANIES HAVE SO UNREASONABLE RULES? For example, you MUST be on time in the morning no matter how late you stayed previous day. Bosses are allowed to be grumpy and give us hard time etcetc. If I were CEO of the company I would make better rules than those unreasonable ones.

Company of Hanamitiii regulations; 1. As long as employee finish their work before deadline they can work wherever, whenever they want. However employee need to inform to the company if they will work at office or other places on previous night. 2.All employee should be treated equally therefore NO titles are given to anyone. The one who perform well will be given pay rise. 3. Since rules are fair if employee violate these regulations and couldn’t finish their job will be fired within 7 days.

I think this rules are SUPER simple and reasonable. People’s body and emotions are not stable. So all employee should be given REAL flexible time. Also I always have suspicious on those title thing. They might be good at work or worked long enough to be a “manager”. BUT it doesn’t mean they are NICE people.They have NO right to act like a god when they become a “manager”.

I’m telling you!!! It’s NOT efficient to force someone to do things when they are not in the mood and force someone to work for someone who has no personality!!!!! Important thing is FINISH THE WORK.Time is precious and life is so short WHY ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO USE TIME HOW WE WANT TO?????

      Actually, in my company, we are not as restricted. For example, when we stayed very late the night before, we can opt to come late the next morning.

      And your rule number 2 is contradicting itself. Think about it: should all employee be treated equally, not only no title will be given but also no raise (or same raise) will be given to all no matter what the performance.
