Simple beefy beef

Beef is great nutrition source of Zinc, Iron and other amazing stuffs. Great simple food lover Hanamitiii is gona introduce this simple beefy beef today.

Ingredient; Beef fillet – 2 slices, broccoli – 2 heads, Potatoes – 4-5, Sage – 4 tea spoon, Rosemary – 4 tea spoon, Butter – 1 tea spoon, Salt – 5 pinches, Olive oil – 2 tea spoon

1.Separate Broccoli into small heads. Peal potatoes and cut them quarters.

2. Boil water (Make sure to use big pot), when it starts to make big bubbles add 1 pinch of Salt and potatoes and wait 8-12 minutes. After 8-12 minutes add Broccoli in this potatoes’ pot and wait another 3 minutes. Remove them from boiled water.

3. Spread Olive oil on a frying pan and wait till it get hot. Lay Beef fillet and spread 1 pinch of Salt, 2 tea spoon of Sage, 1 tea spoon of Rosemary on each slice. Put the lid on the top of the pan and wait around 2,3 minutes and turn over and do the same as other side. Put the lid and wait another 2,3 minutes.

4. Spread butter on a frying pan and add No.2 and stir about 1 minute.

5. Lay 3,4 on a plate.

Have a nice beefy beef.

*Minutes for Beef fillet was for medium rare, adjust minutes depend on how you like the Beef fillet.


Smoked Salmon Salad

Amazing appearance, tasty and easy to make. Go with this Smoked Salmon Salad!!!!! Even the person who never cook can make it easier than easy.

Ingredient; Smoked Salmon – 1 pack, mozzarella Cheese – 1 pack, Olive Oil – 3 tea spoon, parsley – one pinch

1. Open the Smoked Salmon package and cut Smoked Salmon if necessary.

2. Take Mozzarella Cheese out from the package and dice them 3-4 cm size. Mix with 1.

3. Spread Olive Oil on 2. and stir roughly. Lay it on the plate or whatever you prefer.

4. Spread parsley on the top of 3.

*You can use tiny bit of Salt if you choose “Less,reduced salt” smoke salmon but otherwise stay away from unnecessary salt.

Receipe of miracle Saba fish (mackerel)

Fish fish fish. As long as I know, most people I know who love fish are SUPER fit. What you eat = Who you are. Anyway I’m try to eat veg, fish, fruits as much as possible to be a miracle fit person. I’ve introduced salmon recipe couple of days ago and toady I would loooove to introduce another fishy fish dish.

Ingredient; Saba fish (mackerel) 3 big slices or 6 small slices, Spring Onion 2-4 sets, Miso 3-4 big spoon, Sake (for cooking) 80-100m, Grind Ginger (minced ginger) half of tea spoon , Sugar one pinch, Olive oil 2 tea spoons, Brown rice.

1. Spread 1 tea spoon of Olive oil on a pot and wait till it gets warm. Lay Saba fish on the pot and wait till they start making cooking noise.

2. Pour Sake and add Grind (minced) Ginger and sugar into No.1. Put the lid on the pot and wait 3 minutes. Turn over and wait another 3-5 minutes. Wash and cut the Spring Onion whilst waiting Saba fish.

3. Spread one tea spoon of Olive oil on a frying pan and stir Spring Onion lightly and add it into No.2 and boil them gently for 1 minute.

4. Take little bit juice from No.3 into a small bowl and mix with Miso.

5. Add No.4 into the pot. Boil SUPER gently another 1 minute.

Decorate them as you like and eat like a crazy panther!!!!

*The people who do not have rice-cooker. I will upload how to cook rice sometime in the future.


Simple easy herbal salmon

Salmon is one of the AMAZING fish in this world. Rich taste, cute color, great nutritious fish.

Since this gorgeous fish already have great taste, I thought it’s better NOT to ruin its natural beautiful taste. TRUST me it’s SUPER easy to cook and very tasty.

Ingredients; Salmon fillet (2 slices),  Chinese celery (as much as you want), Garlic (1-2 cloves), Cherry tomatoes (as much as you want), Thyme, Rosemary, Salt, Sugar, Olive oil.

1. Spread a tea spoon of olive oil on a frying pan and wait till it gets hot. When it become hot, lay Salmon fillets on the hot pan and spread one tea spoon of Thyme, Rosemary and a pinch of Salt on the Salmon fillets. Put the lid on the pan and wait about 3 minutes.

2. Turn over the Salmon fillet and spread one tea spoon of Thyme, Rosemary and a pinch of Salt again.Put the lid on the pan and wait another 3 minutes. When it’s ready turn the fire off.

3. Cut the Chinese celery and mince the garlic. Wash them carefully.

4. Spread one tea-spoon of Olive oil on a frying pan and wait till it gets hot.  Stir Chinese celery and Garlic. Spread a pinch of salt and sugar. Make sure NOT to stir till it get soggy.

5. Lay 2,4 and Cherry tomatoes on a plate.

Pumpkin Soup

I LOOOOOOOOOOVE pumpkins. BUT I don’t have an oven at my place which eliminates many great pumpkin dishes!!! 😦  You can guess I’m going little crazy because of this Halloween thing 😦 Wherever I go I bump into pumpkins!!! If I see right side there is a pumpkin, if I see left side there is another pumpkin. PUMPKIIIINS!!!!!

I thought it’s time to take a risk. No matter how hard to cut them, I decided to go for make a DELICIOUS dish!!!

Pumpkin Soup 🙂

Ingredient: Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Pork Mince, Cherry Tomato, Basil, lime, Olive Oil, Sault, pepper,Tiny bit of Sugar.

1. Peel off the skin of the pumpkin and sweet potato.

2. Cut 1. and cherry tomato.

3. Spread olive oil on the pot and stir pork mince. When it became little brown put all 2. in the pot and stir for a while.

4. Pour water till all ingredient hide under water, squeeze lime and put salt, pepper, tiny bit of sugar and Basil.

5. Boil, boil and wait and boil until all ingredient became super soft!!

Pumpkins didn’t let me down, they tastes awesome!!! Have a nice try 🙂
